Guys. What’s uuuuup! I know, I know… I’ve been MIA on this blog for about three days in a row now, which is–shockingly–the longest I’ve gone since starting it up over a year ago. 

I make it a priority to post daily here because I love it so much, but it’s been a bit crazy over here this holiday season.

Translation: Christmas break with three kids under the age of five is straight kicking my ass.

I’m losing sleep, gaining weight, and finding new ways daily to test my patience and sanity (and usually failing).

Say it with me fellow parents: GOD BLESS TEACHERS AND SCHOOL, AMEN.

Anyhow, I have taken the end of the year to reflect on my little corner of the internet. First, I think of how far it’s come, and for that let me say to all of you who visit me here daily or weekly or even monthly, thank you. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, thanks. It is my biggest thrill to see a comment on one of my blog entries or a share on one of my Facebook posts–not because of the exposure, but because it means I am connecting with people out there who are so rad and have such awesome things to say themselves. I knew when I left my job that I still wanted to feel connected to the community somehow, and you guys being out there, chatting with me here online, has meant the world to me. So one more time for Batshit 2017’s Sake–THANK YOU!

I’m also, of course, pondering where I want to go next with the blog and my Facebook page. And I have a couple new features launching in the new year that I’m hoping you guys will love. One is focused on All Things Mom (which, to be honest, is my favorite topic of late, if you couldn’t tell), and the other is focused on All Things Style (which I don’t claim to have any of, but I’m working on). So stay tuned for more detailed explanations of what I will be doing with both of those topics.

In the meantime, I would love love love to hear–right below here in Comments–what YOU want to hear more of. What posts are your favorite? What’s of interest to you? Please–and yes this is me begging–let me know below! It would mean the world to me, just like all of you guys do.
