Sometimes you get the crazy idea in your head that it is, in fact, possible to put on a full face of makeup with three young kids in the house. And then, you realize that you are a fool. A complete and utter fool.

This was on my Instagram Stories the other day and I couldn’t not preserve it for posterity. What begins as an innocent attempt to look like a not-zombie ends in well, chaos. From the first, “Hi, Poopies!”, to getting smacked with a light saber, to a crying fit fueled by the fact I didn’t give the baby my Beautyblender, it’s an exercise in… well… insanity.
