Let’s talk everyday upgrades—products that integrate into routines and immediately elevate a moment.
As I find myself leaning more toward well-made products that also happen to be beautiful, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of all the little everyday upgrades that can spark a little extra joy.
Right now, my favorite few moments are in the morning—getting up a few minutes before the kids, throwing on my skincare headband, and doing my quick skincare routine all alone, in the quiet. It’s usually all I have time for before one of them wakes up and wanders in, looking for me. 😆
The everyday upgrade is all about using your “good” stuff—the nice perfume, the expensive sweater, the cashmere throw—on any and every day of the week, and not saving it for a special occasion.
I nurse my cappuccino for hours, and it would be so nice to have it actually stay hot! I’ve gifted this heated coffee mug a couple times and plan on grabbing one this fall.
I think I’ve officially changed from a Night to Morning Person since having kids, mainly out of necessity, but I still need a good alarm clock that doesn’t blare in my ear and scare the living daylights out of me. The Sunrise alarm clock also has gentle light cues that help wake you up gently but effectively.
I’m a house robe aficionado, and I have a collection of about six! Wearing a luxe one like this elevates your whole morning.
A pair of plush slippers next to your bed makes waking up that much easier. Eberjey slippers last forever, and are super soft.
I spend several hours a day at my home desk, and I love being surrounded by things that make the space beautiful and personal. In my space I have a bespoke frame holding a photo of me and Andrew on our wedding day and a designer candle, among other things.
This stone table decor also immediately elevates a work space, as well as this minimalist white marble iPhone stand.
There’s something to be said for quality makeup brushes—they last. You can keep a good brush for years if you care for it properly, and this set is both beautiful and minimal, and only $42!
A satin pillowcase is so great for the hair and skin. (This one is $19!)
This red light mask consistently gets amazing reviews.
I love slathering on a luxurious face cream as the last step in my nighttime routine; this one is currently in my rotation, and it’s hydrating and rich.

All it takes to elevate a look is good accessories, and “upgrade” in this case doesn’t have to mean high prices. I’m a huge Quince fan, and their leather goods are top-tier. This handwoven Italian leather tote screams chic and expensive but clocks in at just $149.
You’ll always get wear out of a pair of classic gold hoops. These ones are 18k gold-plated and $68.
A classic black leather belt will pull together any outfit; this brand makes really high-quality ones.
I’m wearing leather flats all fall.
A countertop coffee and espresso maker makes at-home cappuccinos just like ones you’d grab at the local shop (minus the cool latte art!)
If you want to go true Italian-style with your coffee, a Moka is the way to do it!
Nothing beats a good night’s sleep on luxe sheets!

I use my PEMF pad daily! Putting it on the “4” setting and laying on it for about ten minutes before bedtime makes me immediately relax and sleep-ready.
A few scoops of marine collagen in your morning coffee or tea is great for skin and hair—this one especially. I’ve also just added creatine gummies to my daily supplement rundown.
A massage gun is a true everyday upgrade! Since I’m playing tennis and weight lifting more, having one of these on hand is so helpful with my neck pain.
