Friends! How’s it going? How was your weekend?
I’m so excited about the topic on We Gotta Talk this week, because it’s something that if we all got on board with, our future could be immensely better.
In my mind, sustainable living entails lots of things—from how to travel more responsibly, to having reusable cleaning products where you don’t have to replace plastic bottles every month, to buying beauty products that use recyclable packaging. There are truly so many ways to do better, and that’s why this week is going to be so great.
None of us has to be perfect, but small things have a way of adding up big time.
If we all try just a little harder, imagine the collective benefit to our environment!
Tomorrow we have 5 Questions with Elizabeth Harrington from The Conscious Brunette. I just adore Elizabeth’s whole vibe, especially her Instagram where she shares everything from her favorite clean and sustainable beauty brands, to knowledge bombs about why it’s so important to lessen our footprint on the earth.
Then Tuesday, I have another blog post coming up with The Climate Optimist. Isn’t that name alone enough to make you want to know more?! When it comes to talking climate change, there’s usually only two types of people—alarmists and deniers. Anne Therese walks us through what the concept of climate optimism is, and how we can each take small steps toward sustainability.
And on Wednesday, it’s a live interview with Monica Richards, The Eco Babe. She’s going to fill us in on what inspires her low-impact living and give us some quick takeaways of easy changes we can make from our vanities to our kitchens to live a more sustainable life.
