You are in control! It’s so easy to let life and motherhood takeover but the truth is, when this happens, you’ll live life from a place of always reacting. REACTION MODE = OVERWHELM and it will make your motherhood feel like a never-ending to-do list of managing chaos instead of truly showing up and enjoying yourself and your kids!
You CAN create internal calm amidst the chaos of motherhood but it all starts with you taking OWNERSHIP over your mindset, your time, and your life. It’s a daily decision to commit and recommit and in doing so, you’ll create a life that’s truly in alignment with what matters most.

Life is happening RIGHT NOW. So often we can get caught thinking about our past or future and we miss out on the present moment. Motherhood has taught me about the magic of NOW and to be truly present with myself and my kids…. It’s just the greatest gift of all!
