I’m big on keeping up health routines—let’s call it my everyday health edit. It’s not just working out, but also supplements and gadgets that actually work. And while, as you’ll see below, I’m very loyal to certain supplements that make me feel amazing, I’ve also incorporated a few new products into my lineup that I want to share.

Creatine is a new addition to my supplementation routine, and I feel fuller when I’m taking it. Plus, I know it’s good for my muscle development. I’m on the last few of my Create creatine gummies (blue raspberry), which are pretty good as fair as chewable creatine goes, lol. But I was also recently sent the Tone gummies by arrae, which I’ll be using next. I’ll update you on which ones I like better!
I’m big on the gray hair-prevention track right now. I currently only have a few (thanks, Dad, for the genetics!), but I’ve added this scalp serum into my routine which is supposed to prevent and even reverse gray hairs. The results they show on the website are pretty crazy.
Speaking of hair health, I’m working on my “cul de sacs” (the areas around my temple where I’ve seen some thinning) with this density and growth serum. This is the third or fourth time I’ve mentioned this brand, and I’m still really liking it.
Any chance I get to add in easy protein, I take! These arrae packets have 15g protein as well as electrolytes and collagen. I mix one with water in the afternoon and add it to my snack for extra protein. It actually tastes pretty great!
Elysium Health is really on the forefront of advanced supplements. I’ve been on their Basis supplement for probably four years now. It has NAD+ to fight cellular aging, reduce fatigue, and promote overall cellular health.
I’m also on the fatty15 train, a fatty acid supplement with solid science behind it, showing it’s good for metabolism, heart health, liver health, and more. As part of my everyday health edit, I take just one in the morning!
Staying on the supplement train, I’m also loyal to Ion Biome for gut health. This is essentially water spiked with highly bioavailable probiotics derived from humic acid—dirt. The science behind this one is amazing, and it’s a very highly-recommended brand from doctors I follow. And it barely has a taste. I give it to the kids, too!
I’ve been doing collagen in my coffee for seven years now; this formula is the classic and has zero taste, perfect to blend into hot drinks.
How many times have I talked about my PEMF recovery mat? Maybe 25?? Haha. Yes, it helps with sore muscles and post-workout recovery. Yes, it helps with relaxation at night. And yes, it’s worth it. It also functions like a giant, comfy heating pad for the cold months.
The last and most unique item I added into my everyday health edit recently is this scalp comb from Amazon. Kinda gross, but it scrapes away buildup from the scalp really well, and the curved edge kind of feels like a massage when you use it. Brush, then push forward the little prongs, and it shows you how much buildup you have. (puke, lol) Truly the grossest and yet most satisfying ritual I have! Oh, and only $7.
