And not just any booties. My preference is for comfort above all, so this means a flat to a mid heel, and in neutrals that I can wear with just about any color.
That being said, I’ve found a couple pairs this fall that have already been in heavy rotation, and naturally, I had to share.
I’ve been singing the praises of Target’s Universal Thread line so much, you’d think I had stock in the company or something.
This line hits it out of the park with everything from basics like jeans and tees (I have literally three of these and they are EIGHT DOLLARS WHAT), to accessories like belts and shoes.
But these booties? Perfection. They are so comfortable, it’s bonkers. They don’t even put your feet through that painful break-in period where your feet become covered in blisters and red spots.
That, and the brown color, which I have, pairs well with jeans or even black pants. (I’ve worn them with both and loved the pairings equally.)

There’s something about the unique, triangle-shaped heel on this bootie that makes it really stand out. I’ve worn this, as you can see, with black jeans and a blazer and I love the way it dips in the front with a pair of great skinny jeans.
That’s it! These two are in heavy rotation in my closet. What about you? Any favorite booties you want to share?
