And this recipe is so ridiculously easy, you can whip it together within five minutes and have it ready for any time of day or night!
First things first, you should know that this is super simple, and while the ingredients for the dip are set, you can use different types of fruit. We used apples and grapes, but I would imagine pineapple and mango would also be a good pairing with this, or any type of berry.
Remember the part when I said this was ridiculously easy? This is where I prove it.
Put the yogurt, almond butter, banana and cinnamon into your food processor, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes if you like a cooler eating experience.
And… Voilà. Your kids are about to take in their RDA of fruit.
(Do you feel like Martha Stewart yet? Because I kinda did when I made this.)
When I posted this recipe on my Instagram Stories over the weekend, so many of you reached out to ask about it, so here it is in shareable form!
