Cozy and Chic Cardigan Picks for Fall

There’s something about wrapping up in a cardigan that makes you feel like fall, even if it is still hovering around 90 degrees where you live.

(By “you” in this case, I mean “me.”)

But my closet and I are pressing forward, ignoring the heat index and pretending full-on that we are surrounded by crisp fall air, hot tea in hand, gliding down a leaf-strewn avenue; when in reality, it’s more like… wading through soup that’s masquerading as air, sweating cup of iced green tea in hand, bolting down the street toward my car that is pumping with AC.

But damn it if I won’t be prepared for the first lick of cool air that decides to come sweeping down into Florida. Even if it is another month from now.

I picked up this cardigan during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and have already worn it during our trip to NYC. I think mustard is a neutral, and this color looks great in so many combinations. I have it paired here with a shirt from Abbey Glass Studio (I looked online everywhere but can’t seem to find it! Eek, sorry!) and my favorite black jeans from Articles of Society.
